28hb lepas aku ke FINAS sekadar melarikan diri daripada kemelut berkarya yang menyesakkan otak. Di FINAS aku menghadiri satu bengkel anjuran MyDoc dan FINAS iaitu 'HOW TO PITCH DOCUMENTARIES INTERNATIONALLY?'. Panel-panel jemputan terdiri daripada Lina Teoh, Harun Rahman, Chew Han Tah, Shun Ming, Justin Ong & Nandita Solomon. Pergh, ni orang-orang yang pernah menembusi Discovery Chanel melalui FINAS. Thumbs up guys!

Seterusnya biar visual berbicara dan aku tempekkan sedikit nota buat tatapan.

-2,3 minutes trailer to convince commisioning editor
-normally commisioning editor will choose 1)must have it in tv station 2)nice to have it now
-they want to see important things inside a trailer
-IS NOT RIGHT OR WRONG, IS YOUR THINK
-what is story inside trailer?
- most of us try to put 5 minutes documentary inside a trailer!
-teaser means, i want to show you but not everythings
-must have a caption inside, not interview
-CASTS - C=Character A=Access S=Stuff T=Treatment S=Skill
-subtitle its just 2 lines
-ending credit inside trailer, dont put a film from...its will make coms editor dont like you sometimes
-Crossing Borders pitching it just 7 minutes!
-character driven more effective
-dont mentioned history and archive which audience know
